Mat Pilates

Move your entire body and build strength, range of motion and co-ordination while you're at it.

In this class we blend classic Pilates moves with functional strength exercises to create a fun and fast-paced class. It will leave your heart pumping and your body sweaty, but your strength gains will have you wanting more.

Vinyasa Yoga

Move freely and flow seamlessy, all while having a fabulous time!

Our Vinyasa yoga classes are designed to make you feel balanced and grounded, it's a little bit stretchy, a little bit flowy and whole opportunity to dial it up or down to make this practice absolutely your own.

Barre

It’s Barre, but without the bar!

Think pulses, flowy transitions, finding muscles you didn’t know you had and making them burn, baby!

It’s fun, it’s quick and feels good to move each muscle group evenly and with intention.

Join us on the mat for a Barre class, every Monday afternoon.

Strength Circuit

Heavier weights and more time under tension, it's a full body workout building strength and endurance. It's a circuit, but we use just one mat and repeat exercises to benefit your body and give you the opportunity to add challenge to your second and third rounds.

It's fun, it's strong, it's challenging and it's just what you need for an energy boost in the morning or in the afternoon.

Mellow Yoga

This yoga class takes a Vinyasa flow and tones it down a couple of notches, think slow and stretchy, but still with flow.

Make this sequence your own by pacing it to suit you and how you’re feeling today.
